Truth is, we all struggle. It just looks different for each of us. So, let’s keep lifting each other up because no one has it all figured out yet.

When doubts come, and they will, don’t let them grip you.  Hold on to hope.

Be careful about taking the edge off— you might lose it entirely.

Sometimes you just need a day in nature to soak up the sunshine, step on the trails, breath in the air, and let God do the work in your soul.

Ocean waves break in an explosion of a thousand tiny bubbles whirling about like champagne dancing on your tongue.

No one is perfect. We are all work in progress, so keep pressin’ on and show yourself some grace.

There’s only two reasons you should look back in life. First, to remember where you came from. Second, to help someone else along.

Grateful for where I’ve been— it has made me strong.  Happy where I am— my heart is full and light.  Excited about where I’m going— there is so much to look forward to.
